AI Safari – from “I use AI” to “AI works for me”
3-day course

Three days of hands-on AI, with the Product Model riding along
The world is changing faster than most of us can keep up with—and in the middle of it all, we each stand with our own professional specialties, habits, and tools. This course is about building bridges between disciplines, challenging our own comfort zones, and discovering how AI can amplify the way we collaborate, think, and create.
We begin by working with Product Discovery—how, through Jobs-to-be-Done and Continuous Discovery Habits, you can become even better at understanding needs and problems before jumping to solutions. As part of the practice, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with KARsten, an AI avatar developed specifically for this course.
AI in practice – from curiosity to action
Next, we go on an AI safari, where you’ll get hands-on experience experimenting with technologies that are already changing the way we work. We’ll explore, for example:
Lovable – build your own website in no time
Wizflow – a no-code tool for creating customer flows, e.g. based on PDFs
ChatGPT – for ideation/sparring and for creating results you never thought possible
HeyGen – video generation from just an image and a text
And more – together we’ll discover additional fun, exciting, and productive tools on the AI savannah
You’ll see how these tools not only save time, but also expand your creativity and your ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Play, learning, and community
Learning sticks when you experiment together. That’s why we end day 2 with an AI Challenge, where participants work in small teams to combine real challenges with AI-powered solutions in a playful, gamified format. It creates energy, laughter, and—most importantly—insight into what’s possible when different perspectives come together.
On the final day, we build further on the ideas with the most potential—either because they’re exciting to work on or because they show clear business value. Participants on previous courses have been surprised by how much they can design and prototype in just a few hours.
After the course, you can continue in small experiment groups, where you build on ideas, share experiences, and get follow-up sparring. This turns the course from a one-off event into the beginning of a learning community that keeps evolving—and keeps AI use grounded in real work.
You leave with more than inspiration: working ideas, shared language, and momentum to keep experimenting.
Who is it for?
This course is for people working with products, projects, or development—regardless of role or background. You might be a developer, architect, tester, project manager, scrum master, product owner, program manager, or something entirely different.
The course is especially relevant if you:
Want practical inspiration and new skills—without buzzwords or hype
Sense that AI is changing how work gets done and want to understand how it affects your role
Are curious enough to experiment and open to being surprised by new possibilities
Want to use AI to create real value, not just work faster
What we’ll do over 3 days
Day 1 – Understand the problem
We focus on customer and product discovery. You’ll work with Jobs-to-be-Done and Continuous Discovery Habits, and practice interviewing—both with other participants and an AI avatar—to sharpen your ability to identify real needs before jumping to solutions.
Day 2 – Explore what’s possible
This is where curiosity turns into action. Through hands-on experiments and an AI Safari, you’ll try out practical AI tools, combine challenges with solutions, and take part in a gamified AI Challenge with other participants.
Day 3 – Build and apply
We design and build AI-powered solutions and experiments with real business potential. You’ll demo what you’ve created and focus on how to bring AI solutions into everyday work after the course.
