Empowering Teams for Success
Overview
During this 3-day course, we will share how leaders at every level can evolve their ways of working to help team members feel empowered and get the great results they desire. We’ll focus on the what, why and how of leadership in an organization that has moved to more pragmatic agile ways of working; how to handle complexity and balance governance with empowerment; how to increase psychological safety; how to support de-centralized decision making and find the best solutions; getting the feedback you need; dealing with the uncertainty of change; and mindset shifts.
We mix theory with practical exercises and tools to create an understanding for how you can support your people or teammates to achieve even greater success together.
